PTO- 6 days. Use it or lose it
It depends on if you are a seasonal (white badge) or a full employee (blue badge). I was a blue badge, and we did not get sick leave unless we called the ERC, and opened a ticket for possible COVID-19 exposure. If you came down with the cold or the flu, they wouldn't let you in because they'd catch you with a fever on the temperature scanner at the entrance. You were forced to stay home, and rack up attendance incident points, or dip into your paid time off.
About Eight paid days, 3 unpaid days. It's not sick time though that doesn't exist at amazon you get PTO and UPT and have to use it at your own expense.
Sick time, personal time, vacation time, unpaid time 'upt' depends on your position/hours etc. Leave policy is totally messed up because they were not/still not prepared for the pandemic. Hours are logged digitally, but are constantly incorrect. Of which causes another issue to report and correct. A lot of people have lost their jobs due to the inconsistency of their policies.
15 days of unpaid sick leave per year.
48 hours Paid Time off
80 hours unpaid, allotted in 20 hour increments quarterly. If you miss one minute of a given hour, the entire hour is deducted from UPT balance.
You get 20 upt hours every 3 months unpaid time off upt so you can leave when every but they rake it out upt if u hit the negatives they can fire you
