  • There is no interview for t1 employees that is the entry level warehouse associate , you apply then go in for a drug test and they give you a start date. For t3 positions which are supervisor positions. It is a two step process a interview with someone outside the department, they will either incline or decline you for the position then the manager of the actual department decides if you are a good fit or not. once inclined you don't need to do that step again. Then T4 positions and up have multiple in person and phone interviews.

  • No initial interview to become a tier 1 employee

  • Quick. You go on their website and apply for a position.

  • There's really no interview process. You just take a drug test at a facility and show up on your Day 1.

  • They don't communicate the steps

  • That is no interview, for the only thing that they may you go before you start work is to take a picture for the id.

  • Easy. Typical drug screening, Anyone can get in unless you use.

  • Leadership Principles Based, aligned with behavioral questions e.g. "tell me about a time you had to decide between x and y..."
1º call with recruiter, then Phone screen with a team member, and then full panel interview (5 interviews in a row, out of which one will be a "bar raiser")

  • There isn't one. You submit your application, if accepted you will be given an appointment at a larger facility in the area to take a drug test. If passed you're given your starting date.
