There is no interview for t1 employees that is the entry level warehouse associate , you apply then go in for a drug test and they give you a start date. For t3 positions which are supervisor positions. It is a two step process a interview with someone outside the department, they will either incline or decline you for the position then the manager of the actual department decides if you are a good fit or not. once inclined you don't need to do that step again. Then T4 positions and up have multiple in person and phone interviews.
