Great Job if you got a good manager
Customer Service Associate (Former Employee) – Virtual Call center – April 22, 2018
The job can be stressful and some customers can be rude but that comes with any customer service job. The job was fantastic so long as you were on a team with good management. Too many of the leads however were absent. Not there when trouble arose but quick to bring the hammer down if you have a misstep.

Amazon was a fun place to work! It was fast paced and many hours to work there. The people that worked there where good team members to work with and would have fun he tting the job done.
