Reviews about Pay & Benefits for Call Center Representative in Amazon.com
Excellent benefits, but that's about it
Call Center Representative (Former Employee) - Remote - August 11, 2022
I have rarely had a better benefits package including paid time off and comprehensive insurance coverage. Unfortunately that is about the only positive remark I can make about Amazon. The work culture is toxic. You are held to extremely strict work performance guidelines. Most of the time you are expected to work through breaks and lunch to meet. The management on all tiers was dismissive and uncaring.

Good pay and hours, didnt have much free time. However sometimes the checks and incentives were definitely worth it. So all and all it was a good company.
