From the very beginning training was despicable!!!! Had to beg to get any. After 4 months of this I thought things were better, but they were not. Management is awful if you don’t kiss the ring you will be painted as an awful employee and continually berated. Management doesn’t listen to problems or issues. There is definitely favoritism and cliques. If you value your mental health do not work here! I will say that the actual job is very interesting and I enjoyed doing it. The owner of the company is very nice as well. I doubt he is aware of what’s going on.

Good place to work. Advancement happens at random sometimes. Relaxed work place with reasonable standards. Would recommend working in a title that isn’t on the phones as the training for that job position is not up to par in the least.

It’s a great stepping stone if you wish to get your foot in the door and get some experience in pharmacy, but they always hire outside the company and give few promotions, because they don’t like to replace staff once they’re promoted.

Terrible management in call center with no structure, no decent training program and no ability to retain people. Need to revamp entire call center and get a new call center manager.

Absolutely a great company to work for.

A typical day would be: running reports, updating patients accounts. Download medicaid remittance advice. Post payments, call on denied claims, answered all incoming calls that were in the billing que. Took refill calls for patients, processed credit card payments. Audited patients accounts.
