The lack of real human interaction was the worst part for me. Everyone was overly serious, likely due to the company's desperation to stay afloat.

Ambulnz!!!! Provide more competitive benefits! The health insurance you provide is ridiculously expensive.....for any employee with a spouse or a family it's not affordable. Provide a retirement plan of some sort....401A. Making the employee wait for a year before they can accrue PTO is totally unacceptable! What happens if you have a medical emergency and your health insurance hasn't started and you have no PTO......you're screwed!!! And the IRS penalizes you for not having health insurance.....totally not the employee's fault! Unacceptable!!! As a current employee I'm basically happy with the job but not the benefits! Get real.....offer a competitive benefits package!!

Great environment with really hard working, genuine people. They are working hard to change the culture and make it a fun environment. Holiday parties, birthday celebrations, appreciation days for employees - all these things really make a difference.
