Managers will choose random ppl from their "hard-working"
Shifts vary, depends what movies are out. But usually they will be 8am-5pm or 5pm-12am

It depends on the theater.

We only use ticket takers on weekends. This saves us payroll, and the way the entrance is set up, the guest services position takes and sells tickets on the slow weekdays. When we do have them however, we have one on Friday 6-11, two on Saturday 12-8 & 6-11, and one on Sunday 6-11

Shifts for ticket takers are painfully boring.

The managers would just assign random shifts for everyone, so everyone would have worked all the types of jobs they have there and it would be for like 8 hours.
Random. Hours at AMC are dicated by how many people come to the theater. If no one comes, shifts get cut

The main shift was from 12 pm - 5 pm but after 5 pm they would have someone move from their assigned job for the day to the ticket taking podium.
