No tattoos above the collar line or on the face. Nothing that can be offensive to others. Other than that it's been allowed since 2014.
Tattoos are permitted as long as they are not above the collar and are not considered lewd or offensive to guests or co-workers.

I've seen plenty of coworkers (even leadership) with visible tattoos on the arms, but nothing more than that.

The policy in the theater I work at is that they are fine, as long as they are not offensive. We also have the option to wear long sleeve shirts under our work shirt if you were to need to hide a tattoo on the arm.
