Take care of the main problem, which is remove the toxic gm led regime in pauls valley. Clear out the old regime and start new. The current path has led you astray
Be a little more on top of talking, coming back on time for breaks, having supervisors who aren't afraid to tell an employee to go to work instead of allowing to sit in the office for an hr, having cell phones under control instead of seeing them in warehouse on facebook or talking to spouses point for everything else, start pointing for that. Just way to soft on policies for cell phones, and break times would be a start
