Pretty much depends on the project you work. I worked for projects with 40 hrs a week and for some projects close to 65-70 hrs. Amdocs has laid off lots of people in recent years, with that the work hours have increased significantly.

Look at what the candidate can bring to the company, do they have a sense of humor is that can’t laugh that can't relax and enjoy they work. Does the candidate have flexible hours for overtime, can they follow orders from authority and what is the logic behind their work.
