Nurse in Sumter, SC
on December 6, 2021
Staff struggle to balance work and personal life. This job is very time consuming. We love our patients and caring for them but not the charting. Unstaffed at times.
Registered Nurse in Greenville, SC
on December 6, 2021
Work life balance did not exist there we were not properly compensated for admissions that were after hours & On Call shifts. Not enough support from nursing supervisors and upper management for nursing staff. The nurses and CNA’s are great it was definitely a management problem.
RN Case Manager in Amherst, NY
on December 6, 2021
You make your own hours but the days are long. You have to find your own coverage and the turn over rate is extremely high. The DOO spot is a revolving door.
RN Case Manager in Bedford, NH

RNCMWe were not appreciated. Pushed to work several more hours per week than told at interview.Last minute admissions and nurses work in adverse up to 10 or 11 pm every night. Management was horrible and acted on emotion. Company motivated by the dollar
Hospice Nurse in Saint Clairsville, OH
on December 1, 2021
Management is awful, the staff are super “clicky” staffing ratios are unfair and they play favorites so where you’re sent is not based on location, they do not care about you as a person at all.
