All comments are absolutely true for this company, but not all home health agency are like this. If you average the amount of hours worked with the pay per visit rate, you will be VERY disappointed. Plan on working 60 hours plus at least. You are micro managed by office personnel who have never seen the patient. It’s INSANE. You are paid, or reimbursed, mileage, for the gas that you put int your car and maintenance, but not paid for driving time. On top of all of those perks, your paid per visit, but expected to be available for 8 until 5.

Hours are outlandish! No time for self or family due to poor staffing, management! AVP! Really! You pay out of your check for company cars! Do not value employees. Former employee (Milledgeville).

The hours are 8-5, but as a field employee you will be out there beyond these hours. No time to eat , much less use the bathroom . Family and children become neglected as a result. It’s just not worth it .

Office hours are 8 to 5 but you work more than that and you are not allowed overtime in the area I worked in. Then when you try to keep it at 40 hours, you get wrote up for work being behind.
