For a healthcare company, you would think they had better resources to get affordable healthcare. I am stuck with a high deductible because the co-pay plan is outrageous. Their 401k match is ok. You are fully vested after 5 years which is a bit ridiculous but it atleast something. Vision plan is great and pays for itself.
Very Expensive! Never anyone to speak to. No answers to Emails. Don’t think they want you to know you must sign an Arbitration before you can work there, so beware!! There’s usually a reason for this. I will never ever recommend them...EVER RUN while you have options!!!
Pretty good benefits overall but for such a large company, the insurance coverage and cost is horrible.

If you don’t have correct productivity they penalize you without notice . Drop your benefits without notice
If you are part time, forget the benefits. If you qualify for Obama care, you can get medical only. No dental, no vision. You get lousy PTO. Part timers aren't thought too highly.
