- Horrible, stressful place to work. Work-life balance doesn't exist. All positions in the office have 10-12hr work days with no recognition of the amount of work being performed.
- If you have to discipline someone, they will complain to your boss or HR about a hostile work environment and you are reprimanded without any investigation.
- No fairness across care centers under same area management.
- Good longevity / loyalty of field staff.

Extremely awful!!! Worst company I’ve EVER worked for. If your not part of their mean girls group, your in for some very disgusting behavior. Favoritism, Rules are bent, even work special hours. I truly say never in my life had I ever worked with a bunch of nasty individuals in Charlestown Ma.

Seriously Broken company!! Don’t have any integrity at all. Director & manager & clinical Manager talk poorly about the entire office,Patients & Volunteers. Really Sad people work there, they have no life so they rip apart people daily as entertainment. Mean girls mentality. Benefits are the worst. No Training, they lie about the work load. Don’t walk...Run I would never taken the job had I known all the lies, deceat and grossly unprofessional behavior that exist there. No HR on or in the same state. Just useless trouble making women that need to be replaced

Horrible . Not professional at all . It’s like being back in high school , if you’re not part of the nurses who are friends with the boss , you’re screwed . Just sad and ridiculous . Patient care is last on the least .

This is not a job for people who expect to spend time with their families. There is no work/life balance. You will work way beyond what they tell you at interview. You begin to feel it is less about hospice philosophy and the patients and more about the money working here.

Points, points, points. It's all about making their weekly points quota. And their quota is too high for the territory they have to cover.
