First off they just started training people correctly.....meaning a lot of people are doing things wrong but not being retrained. The management only cares about numbers and not helping their staff reach goals. Most people that work here work up to 60 hours a week just to keep up. The customers are risky and always yelling and threatening you. The agents - more ... that sell the polices do not explain them good enough.
