Very very stressful and fast paced. To keep up you need to always be at work causing terrible work life balance. At the end of the month you might as well live there. They want to hit goal so they push you to close anything you can, stay crazy hours and transfer files around.

Very stressful and fast paced. You get around 8 new claims everyday and if someone else quits you get reassigned files - up to 20 at a time in some cases to fix or handle on top. They max you out at 200 claims but they only transfer towards the end of the month to make numbers better. Otherwise you are drowning as it’s just you and no team working claims
