A mixed bag. The culture they want and that should exist based on the company's core values would be great, however a serious lack of accountability for several job roles leaves a very few job roles bearing the entire burden of work which makes the environment volatile.

Hello!

Upon offer acceptance, your recruiter alongside HR, will guide you through our internal onboarding processes which does include background check and a credit check for Loan Officer positions. Some states require this in order to be licensed in their state, however, your recruiter will be available to walk you through that process and support you with any questions you may have. Thank you!

Working hours are typically 8-5
Except they require 2-4 hrs PER DAY of updating your work on SalesForce so they can micro-manage you, at least 4 hrs/wk of webinars, and another 4 hrs/wk of training.

So that only leaves you with 12 hrs/wk to go out and get business.
THAT'S WHY PEOPLE CANNOT MAKE IT AT AAG!
Too much paperwork.
Does NOTHING to put $ in your pocket - only allows mgmt to MICRO-MANAGE you.
