Work with employees to raise them up instead of trying to keep them down always wanting to hire from outside instead of helping current employees move up
It seems like LOs love it there and ops (processors, funders, closers) loathe it. Maybe tip the balances to improve the working environment for ops
Fix management. Hire managers that actually know what they are doing not just hired because they are friends or relatives of managers.

I would change the assembly line/cutthroat environment. Employees need to be managed but not to the point of abuse. Not to the point were they feel like machines not human beings.
