No work life balance and does not prioritize supporting team. Finance priorities lack understanding of what it takes to support the operation and the frontline leaders, team members, and customers pay the price.

Health and flying benefits are good! Some days are good and others can be stressful. You can bid every 4 months on a new schedule which is pretty cool, so you don’t have to be sick with the same hours your entire career.

The people here are talented and gracious. The goals, leadership and communication is what causes low morale and high turnover. The leaders don’t take the time to work out the true issues, even knowing glaringly, what these issues are.
