Focused highly on outward appearance as opposed to job performance. The company also had NO harassment policy and terrible HR.

Relatively friendly, everyone shares a common bond over the love of the product and the people hired all seem to have interests and goals in common. I found that the senior employees and management jobs (managers, keyholders etc) treated the other employees like pack mules at times. On quite a few occasions I found myself pulling more than my fair share of weight. I also noticed that the senior staff and management seemed totally alright with that as they would be chatting or texting behind the counter. The people that came in to shop were generally friendly and It was fun to engage with customers so that made me passionate about working here as well as some friendly coworkers.
