Installation Manager in NJ
on June 19, 2020
Position was very rewarding and I enjoyed every day and the new challenges presented. The compensation was fairly reasonable. The only issues come from ownership and upper management. When I started with the company the atmosphere was completely different than it is today, due to some upper management acquisitions that are in it for themselves and not for the company. At the yearly Christmas party ownership presents the rah rah that we are all a family and thanks to you the company is more successful than ever, two months later they are cutting people and requiring extra work from those still employed and in fear of losing their positions as well. Tenure and position mean nothing, recently people were laid off due to COVID-19 and there appeared to be no rhyme or reason. In fact certain people promoted on Friday were let go the following Thursday... but remember we are all family!

Outside Sales Territory Manager in Passaic, NJ

Poor growth plan, hired people to promote that growth. Then changed their plan imediatly eliminating everyone. No direction. Thought new executive management could solve growth without any real knowledge.

I really loved working here. I was laid off due to the covid-19 epidemic, and it broke my heart. If they offered me a position again I’d 100% take it. Really loved working with them.
