Look elsewhere unless you don’t mind being overworked and underpaid. There company morale is very low. Employees leave constantly! This company has a hard time keeping employees.

Streamline processes, pay more to attract top caliber employees, hire more people in all departments so team members aren’t overworked and can deliver extraordinary customer service that all clients deserve. Promote from within when possible. There’s some talented people who aren’t recognized. Favoritism is prevalent within this company. It’s who you know, not what you know.
