The work in Not Easy, It is Construction after all, but I would Like to Worn you If you are not used to being out in the element, Stay away. This is not your Normal Climate controlled warehouse Job. It is HOT during the Summer, and Cold During the Winter. But if you are accustomed to working outdoors than this company might be a good fit for you.
Most of the Guys here are Friendly, well if they see that you are there to work.
If they must work harder to take up the slack for you, you might not have any friends by the end of the day. Believe me, Management might not notice if someone is Lazy right away, and because it is so busy here, it might take some time for them to notice, but Not the Guys on the line. They will make sure that you do what you are supposed to do, there is no baby sitting anyone here. Don’t get me wrong they will train you on what you should know, but after that you had better work alongside then or try. Somehow lazy on the line wind up quitting, before management even gets a chance to see how lazy they really are.
But if you put in an honest Days work, you will have guys who will have your back for anything. Even when it comes to making suggestions to management for pay increases, or training opportunities. I personally like it here.
Work environment and the culture there is very bad.

It's very bad
You have to not believe anything positive about this Employer. Every time a new bad review comes on this site about this Employer, someone at that place puts on another review that tries to make it sound like such a nice place. DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE ABOUT THIS PLACE.
It's hard work that is out in the elements but the pay is good and consistent. The plant is developing into a communication type of culture that allows everyone to communicate openly with each other and management. Everyone seems to be conscious of safety and will express their thoughts about violations if necessary.
The worst place
Poor and Cut Throat Environment.
Extremely bad environment physically, emotionally, and psychologically. If you value your life and want a normal life, you need to keep away from this place or you will sorely regret it. I promise you that.
If you understand that Construction site, you understand, that you will get dirty, once you get past the fear of getting Dirty, its not bad.
some people, get real intimidated by the rough look of the guys who work here, but once you understand that they are there to earn a living just like everyone else.
Hard work, and Good work ethic, is valued here, and it is rewarded, especially if you show that you are someone with good work ethic. Granted in order for anyone to see that you have to last more than 3 days.
