Need to improve on there Quality Assurance it was tilted for agents. Agents making the same mistake had different points taken from them. Ruining the potential for bonus. Seemed like QA agent had different out look for same situations by two different agent. Grading was at discretion of QA agent and not by a Standard Operational Procedure. Sure, there is and SOP but loosely followed.

Prior Employer was awarding severance pay. I began to apply on line and waalaa. I received a call for an interview. Because I was still employed at the time. I requested interview be done upon companies last day of closing and for interview by shorty after last day. ACA accommodated my request.
