Processing Assistant in Los Angeles, CA

The company is small , averages about 20 employees. Everyone is very professional and very productive, well all come to work. Amazing people. Only bad thing is that there are no benefits, no paid time off ( unless we use our personal sick hours ) , raises aren’t always given, even after proving our work ethics.

Not the best place to work at. Save yourself time and find another place. Stressful environment with offensive conversations with the owner. There are no vacation hours or benefits at all. You get paid every 5th and 20th of the month. Checks come in late and they blame it on the check company when American Credit itself is losing a lot of money. Save yourself time and don’t work here.

The company is really small about 10-20 employees at most. The employees are nice and very fun to be with but the management it’s terrible. Micromanaging and no sense of direction from the ceo. When I started they “planned” to offer benefits soon, 2 years later they did not have any sort of plan to move things forward. 0 benefits and no PTO. You are only given one hour of sick pay per pay period, since they are a small company they do not have many of the requirements most jobs have that benefit employees. This company is great if you are fresh out of high school or retail looking to take a step into an office environment but has very limited resources and potential for future growth. This company has been in business for over 18 years with no progress to show for it with less staff and outlook than ever. As a sales professional at this company the resources and compensation are substandard. With a base that is equal to minimum wage, small advertising budget, low lead volume, poor product quality and no benefits this company is not a good option for anyone who isn’t barely starting off in their career. I would best describe this company and role as a stepping stone for your career. Not only are the advertised compensation packages extremely low compared to other company’s. The management puts conditional metrics on most of your compensation. Especially cash bonuses and monthly bonuses which make up most of your compensation in sales here. Some of these conditional metics are so high and out of your own control that the teams don’t even care about the bonuses since they know they won’t get it. The morale of the team is extremely low with an extremely high turnover as a sales professional with even a year of experience, there is no reason to work here.

Started March of 2021 This place is a horrible work environment. Management was awful. No benefits. CEO knows exactly how to screw people over. I Eventually got let go to not bringing in enough money for the ceo even though I barely get paid minimum wag

Not the worse job to have but it is a hard job to manage, the company is dedicated to its work and workers are friendly, but I am glad I left. This place has no benefits, due to the owner, management is terrible, and it’s hard to be motivated when theirs not a lot of help.
