It's not an internship. I'm over 50 and I was hired. I think I slipped through the cracks because this company definately prefers college students. Why? Because they use and abuse their workers and younger workers are less aware of their rights in the workplace than older workers who have more life experience and are more aware of labor laws. There is a current class action lawsuit against this company for wage and overtime abuses.
