What are the requierments for captain ? Like endormsments : radar , arpa , brm ? Besides your 100 tons ?

18 years or older with no experience needed. Your contract will be 16 weeks with out a break unless you request time off. However you will be at port almost every day.

You can apply at any age for a job, and yes there are laws about how long you can stay out to see for at one time before you have to go home for a determined amount of time before you cna go back to the vessel.
