The people tend to be pretty friendly and fun, but the job is easy when you actually try to do it. Managers can be crybabies when there is a lot to do. Foul language is not recommended or allowed. Most customers are a pain to work with cause they don't like to keep up with the information that is needed.

Only 2 hours a month if you never call in, never show up late, and never come back from breaks late. And taking paid time off counts as an absence even if approved by management.
