Just a guess here, but I would think the inspector’s role only comes into play after the salesperson gets the green light from the homeowner to have an inspection. Then, once an estimate is written on how much damage there is and what needs to be replaced/fixed, then the sales persons jjob is to file with the homeowner’s insurance company and/or get payment process rolling. Is that correct?

A sales rep takes pictures and sells damage from the ground. Inspector gets on the roof with the insurance adjuster and points out the damage to get the roof, gutters and siding bought.

I was under the same impression that they separated the two but base on most the reviews I read you have to do both. What they state on the job posting is a lie to make it sound like you just inspect, write reviews, and take pictures. Stop lying to US!

Same. You inspect and sell damage, then assist in filing a claim with homeowner
