AEP is on track to reach an 80% reduction in carbon dioxide emissions from 2000 levels by 2030 and is working to achieve net zero by 2050.

Overall not a bad place to work. Depends on the management of your department for the most part. There is some disconnect between corporate and local leadership. Pay is good. Could be better. Vacation time seems to be lacking.

Good company with good pay. Corporate environment was stuffy and resistant to change, but generally the management tried to treat people right. You could move around in the company pretty easily.

Good place to work management could be better, they have poor communication and want to hire the dumbest people to manage or if you are a suck then they taylor to you. Pay is good and vacation time.
