Great company to work for. More than a fair amount of flexibility and work/life balance and ran like a well oiled machine.Managers are well trained for their role, contribute in any way they can and fair compensation for the 2 roles over a 4 year span I had with American Express.

Tell us a success story in which you overcame an objection. Customer was adamant about purchase. I acknowledged their concern. I asked then what made them feel the way they did.I asked them what was important to them when they were making a purchase. I applied a needs based selling approach to the sale keeping in mind the clients concerns. I also applied the; feel, felt, found technique; just restructuring it to fit the purchasing scenrio.
