Very basic physical. 10 panel drug test. If you have to take any medication be have documentation ready.

Regardless of being wanting a transfer to another clinic or clinic to Corporate you must be eligible. You can not have had any disciplinary actions if you are currently employed. If you are no longer employed you must have worked out your notice and not have had any disciplinary actions against you

No experience, but after a few days of training. They throw you to the wolves to fend for yourself. Better find you a buddy up front or have a good manager (which is non existent at afc).
