Regardless of being wanting a transfer to another clinic or clinic to Corporate you must be eligible. You can not have had any disciplinary actions if you are currently employed. If you are no longer employed you must have worked out your notice and not have had any disciplinary actions against you
I would not quit any job and assume I am eligible for re-hire. Transferring to a different location or position works the same way. You are allowed to transfer only if you are a current employee that has been in their position six months or longer. However, in my situation, I put in for a transfer to one clinic for full-time and was placed at a completely different clinic only as PRN, but then worked full-time anyway without benefits. The moral being: AFC can own you in the state of Alabama unless you are willing to leave the company. So be on guard about what you are promised and get it in writing.
I would not quit on clinic in a prize for another clinic because I'm planning a career that's why I went to school
