Yes. Multiple people within my department had visible tattoos and piercings; one person had blue hair. The dress code was basically just "be appropriate." I regularly wore jeans with a nice blouse and had no problems. They do ask not to wear anything too casual such as shorts, hoodies, jeans with holes in them, flip flops etc. but it really depends on the manager.

I would suggest working for the actual Corporation and not an agent, because with an agent you are more of a contractor and are more expendable.
