Is it not cheaper to keep skilled employees rather than train New ones the turn around rate in almost every department especially the service shop is pretty sad there is no loyalty any more from employers and that reflects on to the employee Mr jabs your better than that you should make it show through your voice and actions more often and get better training for management.


I used to be a team player and cover shifts when other sales staff missed but then got reprimanded for being late for a few minutes after working 3 days 12 hr shifts. Do consider you are assigned to cleaning areas and you have to clean and sell NO EXCUSES


The working hours were pretty decent.


Safety first environment that is very fast paced. All the managers and leads are willing to teach and coach on how to do the job.
Opportunity to move up is always their , so I encourage applicants to try.
