Not worth it, Pay is low for merchandisers. It did increase from when I first started wit the company and then when I was rehired I got more then what the pay was increased cuz of my experienced. So I dont remember what the pay is currently, but its still not worth it.

You get a meager increase yearly. As a merchandiser, I rarely got a review, just saw an extra 25 cents hourly increase each year.
