Coworkers and residents are the reason I am still employed here.
Compensation is terrible for long-term employees. Turnover rate is awful and communication between employees is the bare minimum. I believe that if an employee has been a part of a company through the ups and downs including working with people acquiring an awful work ethic and those that quit randomly without notice should be recognized and be provided - more... an incentive to stay with the company. ProsRewarding to care for fun and loving residents. Staff is amazing and a second family to me.
ConsCompensation, turnover rate, horrible communication, lack of recognition, mandatory policy requirement, minimal recognition.
