For the first interview they asked me to take an assessment test including typing, math, vocabulary, etc. The test does not take long at all. The second interview is a sit down interview to review your past work and to see if you would be a good fit for the company. The whole process took less than a week. Everyone was super friendly and professional!

I was on indeed looking for positions and found a position relating to my career goals. I applied through indeed and got an email the next day to schedule for skill testing. I wasn't able to come in for another week but many flexible times were available.

I came in for my skills testing which was done in a group. There was a typing test, attention to detail test, basic math test, grammar test and even a personality test that matches if your an introvert or extrovert . The tests are timed so it can feel stressful, but it's better to get the questions correct then to rush and get them all wrong. Once completed, Jill looks over your application to make sure she doesn't have any questions about your application.

I got a call two days later to come in for a 2nd interview which was with the President Vince and Jill VP. They were both very easy to talk too. They did ask me questions about my schooling and job duties before. It felt more like a conversation versus a interview. The position I wanted was filled by then but I was offered another position to work with the company and see if any other position opened up in the department I wanted. I was offered the position during the interview and was sent to take a drug test a few blocks over. The tech cut some of my hair and I also gave a urine sample. The tech was very friendly and made sure to take the least scalp hair as possible. I don't even notice.

There was an assessment test in a group setting, then I met with the office coordinator for about 5 minutes going over my resume and giving some more personal information. I had a follow up interview the day after and had to go through a drug test after the second interview.

The interviews were only like 20 minutes, and you come in for a typing speed test, and a short multi-choice super easy quiz. I believe they wanted 45 WPM or faster

If you get an interview it's normally the same week you took the test or the following week. The interview with Jill and Vince. They are both super friendly. The interview is a nice conversation not an interrogation. It was very enjoyable. Plus they don't ask the same lame interview questions like other places. They ask things that will be relevant to your career and personality type.

I was emailed and asked to come in for testing. Later that day, I was contacted to come in the following day for an interview with the president of the company. The interview was very informative and we went over all of the different positions in the company. We went over where I could expect to be in 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years and how much each position can expect to make.
