The job itself is super simple. Just some light physical work throughout the day working in Lowe’s Home Improvement. Going up and down ladders all day stocking product and organizing from the mess customers (and sometimes employees) leave behind. That’s it. If you enjoy having a job that you can do and just go home to repeat again the next day without - more ... any future career growth ambitions, this is great! Otherwise, choose another company. ProsIndependent work 80% of the time, simple job, weekends off, fair pay and okay benefits
ConsBenefits are TOO EXPENSIVE for family coverage (literally several hundred dollars biweekly, basically your whole paycheck.), most likely a dead end job, poor job security, disconnected management
