Staff Field Adjuster (Former Employee) – Texas – March 8, 2018
Was fun at first, then the original company was sold. The company culture and atmosphere changed. Good managers were forced to retire. High turnover rate caused territories to increase creating more windshield time. Requests for assistance from managers was overlooked making claim volume hard to handle and still achieve company goals. Annual pay increase not enough to cover the cost of living expense.
Pay not competitive, additional duties along with large territories for the same pay made work stressful
Property and Casualty Field Adjuster (Former Employee) – Dallas-Fort Worth, TX – April 12, 2019
Management was willing to let someone go within 8 days due to performance and taking to long. You can't master all the systems and software within 8 days. 23 different log in's were created and every claim situation is different, no leniency for new hires, you either master it very quickly or your out and they will hire someone else and give them a shot. Was 5 others before me and I bet many more to come.
