Many benefits have been eliminated. Employee appreciation has been eliminated. If you’re favored by your manager you can work from home most of the time or work however many or little hours you want.

Current employee. Poor management and the turnover is stunning. Those of us that stay, have an unmanageable work load and to make it worse, they have built-in punishment when you don't meet their expectations that are impossible to meet. In 6 years in my unit we lose minimum of 10 associates a year and the training is a full year!
On a good note, there are a lot of very wonderful employees who work hard for mediocre pay. I strongly suggest you not apply with this company.
