Chaotic and Insecure
It seemed like there were constant changes in policy, procedures, or personnel and the interdepartmental communication to make these changes work was horrible. There was also conflicting information/messages given by upper management that made me constantly question whether I was doing the right thing. I had more prior experience and skills than the job required but it somehow always felt like I was behind.

Admission Reps must meet enrollment goals or they are fired. Upper management only cares about the money. High turnover and tuition is very expensive.

The pay wasn't that great. They changed a lot of their policies and procedures very often to fit their wants/needs. They do put the students first, but could care less about employees. Also. there is no opportunity to move up and earn more pay. They will allow you to work overtime to reach goal, but you will not be paid.

ANU doesn't care about it's employees or students. It's a cash-grabbing, used car sales style environment designed to enroll students for overpriced programs that are understaffed. There is no room for growth for employee careers or student development. A waste of time as an employee or a student.

Worked at ANU for 5 years in multiple positions. The upper administration (beyond campus level) seriously lost sight of students best interest and the ever-changing policies were just too much. didn’t feel proud of the work being done there. Loved my coworkers, though.
