Manager in Greenwood, IN

Most enjoyable part of my job is helping my staff so they can do the best they can at their job. Providing support and encouragement is key to ensuring my staff are happy and want to provide the best patient care.
Surgical Technologist in Columbus, OH

APC might be a great place to work if you live in Indiana, however, stay away from Gemini Surgery Center! Its toxic management is less than stellar and that facility is imploding!
Administration in Carmel, IN
on April 6, 2022
APC is a great company to work for! The leadership and other staff members are always so positive and helpful. The company also offers great benefits and has a lot of growth opportunities. I love that my job is very dynamic, and each day is different and never the same. My manager always sets clear expectations for tasks, projects, etc. and is always available to answer any questions I have. All employees I've interacted with are respectful and we care about each other.
Administrator in Carmel, IN

Very supportive work environment. Expectations are clear. Resources are available for help. Flexible and empathetic employer. The work is enjoyable and it is fast paced.
Nurse Practitioner in Greenwood, IN
on September 21, 2021
A typical work day is 8.5 hours. The work is very fast paced. The company is family oriented, and more than accomidating of your outside needs. The patients are fun, and most of the time very grateful for our assistance. It is very gratifying to see a patient improve from the time they enter our practice until the time their pain is resolved. The staff in Greenwood is more of a family than cooworkers. We all work together as a team to get the job done. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Interview Questions

It was a very interactive process that was not bad at all. They make you comfortable. The interview lasted awhile but it seemed more natural than other interviews, because they want to make sure the experience is what both parties are looking for.
