Hasn't been updated since it started up
They run the company the same way they did it when they first started. I'm surprised that the company is still operating. If there was another factory in Rose City they would be ran into the ground

Working at AP was fun... We were considered Santa's elfs, producing a variety of toys and distributing them throughout a number of stores to many satisfied customers. And even local daycares. Its was so rewarding knowing i inspected that toy and it was safe for a child to enjoy playing with.

Not many advancement opportunities were available when I was there. Those that were available were filled from outside the workers who were already there.
Just another x employee in Walled Lake, MI
on March 19, 2021
Job in the plant is boring and repetitive. Just putting things in boxes. Pay reflects the low skill tasks. Too much inventory. Parts all over the place. Unorganized. Disconnected from front office. Very high turnover in plant and office.
Office Assistant in Walled Lake

I was there awhile and should have left right away. You pick up fast on want the place is about but hope for change. Ashamed I supported that company knowing how poorly employees were treated. No degree no promotion. Kill yourself no promotion. Give years of your life no promotion. Dead end. It's all about telling the higher up what he wants to hear.
