I applied and interviewed at this company and I definitely agree the interview process was very long, no regards to people’s time. I was scheduled and sat in the waiting room for more than an hour. Then I was interviewed by one person for about 20 minutes then had to completed several tasks that took 4 hours to complete. Waited another 45 minutes to speak to a woman manager that seemed she had something else better to do. Followed up in regards to the hiring process and was called back for a second interview 2-3 months later just to wait 1 1/2 hours to interview with the same woman and then had to wait another 30 minutes for her to get to her office for the interview. Never got an offer but if I did I would not have taken it. The workers looked miserable and the lack of regards to time was very disappointing only imagined how it would be to work there
Was there for 4 hours! Interviewed initially with HR lady who seemed nice. Then completed their testing which consisted of- creating a letter, building an excel spreadsheet and then entering a work order. Simple tasks done under the time limits. Then waited and waited for the owners wife to interview. I should have left after 30 minutes! Finally interviewed with her & she said they would be making a decision in 1-2 weeks. (Code for-you didn’t get the job) I couldn’t get out of their quick enough. No respect of people’s time,how everyone there tip toed around and the reviews on here are sure signs that I didn’t want to work there. I noticed they went from needing 1 position to multiple in a few days-Doesn’t sound like there is much job security there either. Scary...
I wouldn't waste your time, and it is a long process, because you aren't going to get hired there. They evidently have issues. And the employees look down at you. They don't say hello to you. The girl that takes you to do the test decides right from the start. First off every company does their books different so you can't just say here do this, and they give you an order to enter which is customer service not accounting. Give an invoice to enter or a check to cut. If they are hiring for customer service backup they should say that in the job posting.
