Been employed 10 yrs and no raises given in that 10. Unsafe blood drives due to lack of staff! Poor management that don't care about the workers or the blood supply.
Driving your own vehicle w/ no pay. Run the other way....this is a warning!l to you!

Work at the Red cross over 16 years. No raise in 8 years. Hours really bad. Have to drive your own vehicle. Not good. Don't apply.

Management and scheduling could care less. They would rather cut your hours as a full time staff before they consider you.
If you are looking for experience, then apply. But, if you want a place where you are welcome please save yourself.

All supervisors and Managers should not be in their positions. It takes strong leadership skills. Most were given the positions by individuals who simply liked them. Not necessarily qualify.
