The world of dialysis
Written by Certified Dialysis Technician (Current Employee) from Columbia, SC on April 13, 2018
A typical day in dialysis can be stressful knowing you have a life in your hands. The hardest part of dialysis is having a patient pass away, but the best part is knowing you're doing everything you have been trained to do to keep your patients alive. I have a manager that doesn't mind coming out on the floor and helping when times get tough.
ProsKnowing you're saving a life
ConsSeeing a patient not compliant and the end result is death
