Very unprofessional environment. The managers disrespect most employees and only give favorites promotions or recognition.
The environment is great. You are given your own work which allows ownership & responsibility but also you work in teams so if you need help or have questions there is always someone to go to! HR & management go out of there way to acknowledge staff & do kind things to show hard work is appreciated-we all just got gift cards for admin appreciation day with hand written notes from our managers thanking us!
You are given your own shop to do work but the employees don't care to help even though they promote teamwork. There is a lot of brown nosing with upper management and gossiping between employees.
