Since the reading cycles are permanent, taking leave or time off during essential cycle dates were nearly impossible. When time off was granted during these days, you would almost feel regret for you know that your fellow co-workers are working twice as hard covering down for you.
ProsFlexible hours - Able to start the 8 hour work day early.
ConsNo career progression. or slow career progression.
