My typical day was to visit client making sure we are providing the service they are looking for. Making sure the staff understands their duties and to follow Policies and procedures. Visit the staff to make sure they have the tools to do their jobs What I learn is be proactive with your staff and your clients. I enjoyed meeting people and letting - more ... the staff know to keep p the good work. the hardest part is not having the tools to provide the service for the staff and client.
